As a great example, we recently thought one of our favourite Korean food-makers had stopped because her Instagram had gone quiet! Thankfully, she was still going but with new responsibilities had just not had the time to post.

HASHTAGS

Hashtags are immensly important for getting your posts discovered by a wider audience on social media. Hashtags act as virtual signposts, guiding users to content that aligns with their interests. We use Hashtag recommendation tools to create pools of hashtags for us to use for each brand. These hashtags are then constantly tested to make sure they're working for your posts.

PROFILE AUDIT

For every new client we will review any existing social media profiles. This is where customers go to find essential information, whether that's opening times, a website link or a phone number. And on Instagram, because of the restrictions on links, they've got some extra weight to pull. (How many times have you seen the phrase "link in my bio"?)

 

It's important to remember that SEO isn't just for websites. Keywords are important to remember in your Instagram bio too! So if there's an opportunity for your profile to be doing more, we'll advise you on the best options.

It's not good enough to throw your content out there and hope for the best. We constantly track and measure the performance of what we put out there.

Depending on our clients goals, we might focus on new followers, click-throughs or engagement rates. (But we are a nosey lot, so we sometimes can't help but check it all!)
